The license is for a single User, it can not be shared among multiple users, it can not be shared among multiple machines, it can not be shared among multiple Windows user profiles on the same machine.
The license can be transferred after only for exceptional reasons and for limited times, after the original license holder deactivate license. File>Settings>Deactivate.
A named license should be activated during the first CostOS Workstation Startup.
In order to activate a named license, it is required to have Internet connection.
If the activation is successful, internet connection is not necessary anymore.
