All Users of CostOS are defined in the User Management.
To Access the User Management
- go to the top-right corner of the application page and click CostOS Administrator and then click User Management.
- To add a new CostOS user click on the + button
- To delete a CostOS user click on the - button and confirm in the pop up window the deletion

- When you want to add a user you must user's name, email. It is needed to have a unique username and a password. In the final step you should assign roles to this user.

Adding Users with Roles to a Project
At this stage the Project has only one user that is the Administrator of the Project. Project's Administrator has the ability to add more users
and administrators to Projects and also define roles for each one of them individually.
You have to select a project and on the bottom of the application page (tab User/Teams) you could add/delete users to this project and assign roles to the users as well.

View all BOQ Items | - By setting this role, the user can see the complete BOQ Table, by deselecting it the user can only see the BOQ Items that are assigned to the user for estimation

Project variable user | - Can open the project variables dialogue and use the existing template
|
Project Variable Designer | - Can open the project variables dialogue and edit the existing template or create a new template or modify the existing templates
|
Project Variable Viewer | - Can open the project variables dialogue and view the existing templates
|
| Edit BOQ-Items | - Allow the user to change/edit BOQ Items within the BoQ Table

| Edit Resource | - Allow the user to change/edit Resource Items.
