These are all for CostOS Workstation machine(s). CostOS Server and SQL DB Server where CostOS databases are hosted do not require Internet connection for any action.
Sometimes CostOS runs behind a firewall. In order for CostOS work seamlessly in these environments the administrators of the firewall must open some outgoing ports.
Here follows a list of desired targets that should be opened, grouped by CostOS functionality. The ports are 80 for http and 443 for https respectively.
- Map Tiles
- Elevation API
- Geocoding API
- CostOS Activation Service
- CostOS Help
- CostOS Support
- CostOS Online Database Service (BCIS, RSmeans etc.)
