If you want to update CostOS Application Server then you have to follow these simple steps :

Take a backup from the Database Server. (highly recommended)
Execute the installer CostOS_Server_x64_8.2.x exe as an Administrator (right click Run as Administrator)
Click I accept the agreement and then press Next.

Then, just simple click on Yes, update the existing installation, only if the Current installation path is the correct one and press Next.

Click Update

A warning window will popup just to remind you to take a backup. (It is highly recommended to take a backup, if you haven't taken one, you could take now!)

In the next window you could enable or disable the Web Interface (CostOS Webconsole). Click Next.

In the final question you are asked if you want at that moment, to start CostOS service. Press Finish.

The process is finished!
