This guide will help you with exporting a CostOS project in .cep format. Under this format, you can then later import it on another CostOS installation of the same or later version.

Example: You can export a project in .cep from 8.1.115 and import it on 8.1.130 but not on 8.1.100

In order to export the project, please follow the instructions below:

1.Open the Project and have its tab selected:

2. Click on 'File' on the top left hand corner:

3. From the screen that appears, choose 'Export' and 'Export to CEP file':

4. Select the destination directory and file name for your project export.

Finished! Now you should have your Project .cep export file at the selected directory.
