Increase available memory via command line
To set properties for Windows services via command line
- Identify the name of the service that CostOS applications are installed as in Windows
(Go to the "Services" System via the Windows search button and find the "Nomitech CostOS" service) - Open the command window as Administrator
- "cd" to the "bin" subdirectory of your CostOS application installation directory
For example: cd C:\CostOS_Server\ces\bin - Run the following command:
For example: tomee //ES//Nomitech CostOS - Click on the Java tab to see the list of current start-up options
- Set the maximum memory allocation here

Open Command Prompt as Administrator:
Locate the bin folder of the Server installation: cd C:\Users\..\CostOS_Server\CostOS_Enterprise_Server\ces\bin
Type to add:
>tomee //ES//Nomitech_CostOS_NameOfService
Ex: cd C:\Users\..\CostOS_Server\CostOS_Enterprise_Server\ces\bin>tomee //ES//Nomitech_CostOS_80160
This will open the Service Properties Window in display
Select the Java TAB
Change the Initial & Maximum memory pool to fit your needs/requirements
