If you want to update CostOS Application Server then you have to follow these simple steps :
- Take a backup from the Database Server. (highly recommended)
- Execute the installer CostOS_Server_x64_8.2.x exe as an Administrator (right click Run as Administrator)
- Click I accept the agreement and then press Next.
- Then, just simple click on Yes, update the existing installation, only if the Current installation path is the correct one and press Next.
- Click Update
- A warning window will popup just to remind you to take a backup. (It is highly recommended to take a backup, if you haven't taken one, you could take now!)
- In the next window you could enable or disable the Web Interface (CostOS Webconsole). Click Next.
- In the final question you are asked if you want at that moment, to start CostOS service. Press Finish.
The process is finished!
